Fluence Energy
Fluence is a Energy storage and digitalization company for renewables and storage to support the modernization of energy networks. We had the opportunity to pitch to Fluence Radancy’s Career Site and Programmatic Adtech. I was the designer on the sales mock project to redesign their existing careers website to align with our product.
Employer: Radancy
Role: Graphic Designer
Collaborators
Sales: Provided project brief and needs of client
Development: Worked with development to confirm site edits, provide images and copy, find solutions to design when code issues arose.
Digital Project Manager: DM was the go to person between client and creative team. When they came back to us with client requests, we worked together to provide clear answers.

Moodboards
Sales mocks provide opportunity to get creative. Most of the time, the only thing we have to go off of regarding the client brand is their existing website and any collateral we can find. Sometimes they provide us with assets but in the case of Fluence, all I had to go off of was reviewing the site and their social media.
I was able to source Fluence's brand colors, image style and comparable fonts. I utilized Getty stock images if assets to use were low. I created the energy wave in adobe illustrator.

The winning moodboard and design inspiration for the site. Utilizing the spiral wave and shapes that represent the energy and the product itself. Found the shape of the product to match the individual shapes in the grid behind the people and the luminescent wave was seen on their current site.
Website Design Pitch
The Career Site sales mock pitch included page designs for the Home Page, Internal Mobility Home Page, Search Results and an AJD (Advanced Job Description) for a selective job to promote.
The pitch also included two digital banners; a prospecting and remarketing digital banners. All website designs were created in Sketch.

Banners
Prospecting and Retargeting digital banners as a part of Radancy’s Programmatic Adtech platform. Both designed using Photoshop and Sketch
Top: Prospecting – The role of the prospecting banner is to grab a customer's attention. This banner is typically linked to the home page of the career site.
Bottom: Retargeting – The role of the retargeting banner is reminding the customer that previously saw the prospecting banner that it's still there and they should take another look. This banner is usually linked to the job listing they are promoting or the customer happened to look at.
